Had to organise for tenants to relocate for week. Flew up from Sydney. Soko no show refused to answer ph four days prior to tenants moving back in. three days prior owner answered ph stating boys finishing job in Brisbane be there tomorrow. Materials arrived. No show owner said it was raining boys knocked off. Was perfect day no cloud to be seen. Two days out had to get another contractor to do job.

Every thing went very smoothly all the trades involved were punctual and completed their respective jobs to a high standard. Thanks for a great job.
