  When I went to see Dr Jennifer, she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain to me how I can look after not just my teeth but my health. She referred me to all the appropriate doctors to improve my quality of life by getting my health back on track.
  
  She spent 2 hours with me explaining how my teeth got to this state it's in and outlined all the options I had to fix them. She also showed me how continue to look after my teeth to prevent future issues. Dr Jen genuinely cares and it shows. She never made me feel bad either.
  
  We have since started treatment and the whole team makes me feel so safe. She is gentle and reinforces that I am in control of the appointment. I can take a break whenever I feel overwhelmed. I still have many appointments left but I am sure that once we complete the plan, I will definitely come back.
  
  I already feel so much more confident. Wish I had come sooner!

  Jennifer is professional and experienced, truly listens to what you want and ensures your needs are catered for. She is an artist of cosmetic dentistry, a perfectionist and has an impeccable eye for detail. She does not rush into treatment but really explains how to move forward to reach the goals I want. Not only does she focus on the outcome, but also explains and tailors regimens so my teeth will last. She figured out why I kept needing to get fillings every few months. I ended up with a healthy and beautiful smile and could not be more thankful.

  Always a pleasant experience with all staff very friendly. Dr Shao is professional in his craft and always goes above and beyond for his patients. All appointments I've had, have been all great and positive, and happy with the dental work that has been done.

  Thank you so much Dr Jen for a comfortable visit. I cannot recommend this clinic more for those with dental anxiety. The team were extremely gentle and I thought I would never say this but I quite enjoy coming in. We always have such a great time chatting and before I know it, the appointment is over. I get a blanket, head phones and to watch my favourite show on netflix! I never knew dentistry could be this easy. It is very different to what I grew up to. Thanks again.

  I don't usually review dental visits but I am very thankful to have found this clinic. I had a broken tooth on Christmas day and Jen took time out of her day to help me. The staff are so caring and Jen is a genuine dentist. In all of my visits to the dentist, this is the first time somebody has taught me how to brush and use floss. I will not hesitate to recommend pure smiles to all of my friends.
