- Jez Leaper Added February 19, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had a two massages at CBM that have not met what I was after. The first time, they used hot stones without my consent. During my massage this afternoon, I was told three times that I should have booked for a longer time. It felt as though the massage therapist was constantly trying to up-sell me. After the massage, the therapist tried to sell me Epsom salts. Then, after the massage,Tanya behind the desk was trying to push me for a follow up massage next week without even trying to find out how the massage went. I feel at CBM that they are just running a business, trying to make a lot of money, rather than providing a service of healing and massage for the customer. Look elsewhere for a better experience.
