  To the Team Manager, Centrelink Palm Beach. We write to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to your staff member Karyn for the wonderful service she provided to us yesterday afternoon. We sought her advice and information on a number of financial matters.
  Karyn was the epitome of excellence in staff and client interaction.
  Welcoming, friendly, respectful, meticulous, patient and knowledgeable - everything you would wish for in dealing with us and, no doubt, other clients she has contact with.
  Karyn is a great asset and “ambassador” for the Palm Beach Centrelink in particular and your Government Agency/Department in general. And a credit to her chosen profession.

  This morning my husband and I had a meeting with Centrelink Financial Advisor Russell Lenehan at Southport on the Gold Coast. We needed advice about our superannuation in relation to the Age pension..
  Mr. Lenehan was wonderful. He answered all our questions and has given us the information we need to sort out these matters for ourselves.
  We were quoted $550 for an interview with the superannuation company advisor and we think Mr. Lenehan is worth his weight in gold.
  Please don't promote him because he is just great in his present position!
