  We are in the process of renovating our Kitchen and contacted Craig of PB Plumbing & Drainage to refit the piping, taps etc.
  We found Craig as being extremely helpful, efficient, timely in providing his services, attends at the time he states, explains what he is about to do and why. Socially, when on the job he is affable; quickly, but meticulously and satisfactorily, gets the work completed for all parties involved. Finally, his rates for his high quality work he does are the best you can find, I can say this with no hesitation.
  I would recommend Craig to anyone wanting plumbing work done and get the best outcome.

  Quite disappointed with Craig from Palm Beach Plumbing. He's done work for our property management business before and was previously quite good. This time was not so good, unfortunately. I called and emailed Craig about a job quote as the issue is a bit complicated. I explained that I was requiring two quotes as it was for an issue body corporate had raised so I was very upfront with him. He initially told me he would have a look and get back to me. I called back a week later as there were no updates. He told me it was on the list and he'd try to get out there next week. Again no updates the following week. I sent an email follow-up to see if he'd had any luck with no reply. I just called him today, and he quite rudely told me that he was too busy and had no time, then hung up on me. I completely understand that tradespeople are busy at the moment as we deal with them daily in our business. What's disappointing is that Craig, strung me along for 3 weeks saying he would have a look. Had he been upfront with me from the beginning and said he was too busy, I could have asked somebody else to have a look at this job. I'm not the type to blast out quote requests to lots of tradespeople knowing that only one person will get the job, and that's why I feel Craig's reply is very unprofessional. Very disappointed this time around.
