We were happy to wait 12 minutes for fresh chicken and chips but our request was ignored and we were given the same chips and the chicken had just been reheated making it very dry. Your staff really need customer service training. We wish we had read the reviews before heading in as it seemed previous responses to recent reviews have not been addressed.

Drink all over the floors, food scraps throughout the store, rubbish on floors, not a single clean table. Literally the dirtiest food outlet I've seen worldwide. We were there for over 20 minutes and nothing was cleaned. The store was empty at that stage.

Sadly in the past 6 months I have consumed KFC from the Pines which was below standard. Soggy chips and chicken. Very much like chips and chicken sitting in and under warmers for far too long. Freshly cooked crisp chips and chicken is as simple of understanding your business flow. Please address this issue.
