We had a few hiccups along the way with bank loans but Jodie and the team at Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors were amazingly supportive. They were accommodating, reassuring, and extremely responsive. Neil and Liz - Helen Blanchard Added March 20, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have engaged Ingwersen and Lansdown for many years in their capacity relating to my property purchases/selling and my involvement as executor of a Will/estate of a close relative. I have found service professional and considerate. In this recent case though I was very disappointed that I was not informed during initial discussions of a very recent change in the lawyer practice policy whereby one's original Will would no longer be kept with the lawyers but instead provided back to the client. If I had known this ahead I would not have engaged this lawyers for preparing a Will as I consider having a lawyer hold the original Will a useful service. Thus given the expense compared to other options I can only advise that one questions whether it is sufficiently advantageous to engage with this practice for this service of Will preparation compared to alternatives.
