Got asked for ID, which I didn’t have on me, fair enough it’s a licensed shop, they’re doing their job. Walked back to get my ID, came to buy the water and they accuse me of having a fake ID as it was apparently “stamped”. I’m from south Australia and our IDs have a laminated hole, for the very purpose of authentication. Not impressed that I couldn’t even buy WATER. Extremely poor customer service.
