  Flexible and accomodating with appointment date,
  Expensive service
  Old toilet not removed as I had to pay $200 + extra only mentioned after the job was done. Had to dispose it myself. The plumber was friendly and helpful but not tidy. I Had to remove empty boxes and wrapping from all over my bed.

  I rang Blackjade Plumbing to get a blocked drain cleared and they scheduled the service the same day. I have used Blackjade three times now and have been extremely satisfied each time. Would recommend to anyone.

  Barton was on time and extremely friendly and helpful. He made a rather boring leaking job which he must have done many times with enthusiasm.

  Blackjack Plumbing was amazing. Barton arrived within the specified time, identified the issue and set about efficiently to rectify the problem. A new part was needed and he said they would be back tomorrow to complete the job. Barton was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone requiring plumbing work done.

  This is the second time we have called BlackJade Plumbing out to assist us. This time for a leaking external pipe. Investigation and repair were done promptly and quickly by Bart. Price was as quoted. Would use BlackJade again next time.

  Excellent job, Bart came out within 30min on a Saturday to fix my sink blockage at my business, and did a very thorough job, he really went above and beyond. Even stopped by the next day Sunday to check up and make sure everything was smooth sailing. Definitely recommend this local family man.
