  Airbnb stay was good with the pool,spa facilities and bedroom but would make sure we'll book the entire place instead of a private bed/bathroom next time coz no-room for using the kitchen without being noticed via the host was alright but in our face all the time. Please be aware to check all details and house rules before U book ur airbnb otherwise U cannot get ur refund monies back.

  Great proximity to the beach & shops. Unfortunately they’re completing upgrade renovations to the corridors & rooms while we stay. The carpet in the corridor is pulled up & plaster is being sanded and painted while you walk through which is quite frustrating as you walk through all the dust. Noise all the way through the day with hammering and jack hammering.
  We expected a discount as we’re never advised these works were being completed on booking or arrival and if we had a known we would have booked somewhere else. We’re dismissed however at reception when advising of the issues. The rooms are exceptionally dated and overpriced.

  Resort is very nice, just make sure you pick a room thats been nicely renovated as they are owner occupied. Nice pool and very convenient to beach and restraunts/eaterys. Highly recommended here rather than tourist hubs like surfers or broadbeach. Has a nice small town appeal with the beauty of the gold coast.

  Very disappointed with this hotel's service. We were due to stay here in April 2018, which we booked in May 2017 to ensure our booking. We received notification in July 2017 (2 MONTHS AFTER we booked it and PAID IN FULL) that Royal Palm had 'overbooked' and cancelled our reservation. This is absolutely ridiculous. Given the time we are travelling is a very busy period, finding alternate accommodation has been very difficult. Horrendous oversight - would not recommend. The place looks nice in photos though.
